This wiki is prepared using Dokuwiki, which is a very simple wiki system which does not require a database or complicated tools. This simplicity means that a student of Epicurus can make a personal duplicate of this wiki for safekeeping or forking and set it up in a new location just by copying and moving the files. A regular backup of all the files for download can be found here.

In order to allow the text to look good on the largest number of devices, editing should be done where possible using the ckgedit>markdown_ckgedit_QUOT system. Basic markeddown editing is described here, and more sophisticated options like footnotes and tables are explained here. A more compact cheat-sheet is here. For a common example frequently used here, here's a simple footnote,1) . If you log in and are given editing privileges, each page can be edited very easily.
